The ISO Parallel electrical boards have arrived at M1 and have been lifted up into the MEP area of the data centre. These act as the "brains" of the DRUPS systems, connecting all the DRUPS in a parallel loop configuration. This system is widely used in the United States of America but it is the first of its kind in the Asia Pacific.

The configuration supplies the same solution as more traditional systems but provides additional redundancy and improved efficiency. This system is also more environmentally friendly than traditional Diesel Rotary Uinterupted Power Supplies (DRUPS) as it reduces the number of redundant units and avoids running units on standby.
