As we put the finishing touches to the outer façade of M1, you’ll see that it is beginning to look a lot like the artist’s impressions.

We are expecting the red feature for the main entrance to arrive this week, which we are particularly excited about because it will mean that the front doors and foyer fittings can be installed too.

In this photo you can start to appreciate the sheer size of the M1 data centre when it is compared to the cars parked on the road out the front. The black and white area at the front contains just the entrance hall, meeting rooms and office space. The grey wall you can see stretching to the left is the main part of the building where the two levels of data halls are.
