Following its ASX Announcements on 11 March 2011 and 22 March 2011, the Directors of NEXTDC Limited (ASX:NXT) ("the Company" or "NEXTDC") are pleased to advise that the Company has completed its due diligence enquiries concerning the land for NEXTDC’s proposed data centre facility in Macquarie Park, Northern Sydney.

This morning the Company notified the vendors that it is satisfied with those enquiries, making the contract for the purchase of the site unconditional. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed on 28 April 2011.

This purpose-built facility is expected to go live in Q3 of 2012* calendar year delivering between 4,000m² to 6,000m² technical space with high density of power.
