Ellie is passionate about empowering leaders and elevating the leadership capabilities that drive the Company’s high-performance culture which is underpinned by strong company values.
Ellie’s extensive background in Human Resources and expertise in Organisational Change Management fuels her dedication to effectively lead people through times of change so they are well positioned to adapt and succeed.
Ellie is recognised in the ICT industry as a HR Rising Star and was a finalist in the ARN Women in ICT awards.
Ellie holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Journalism and is an accredited Prosci Organisational Change Manager.
