reconciliation
NEXTDC recognises the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we design, build and operate our data centres across Australia. Our first Reconciliation Action Plan, our Reflect RAP, marks the beginning of a structured and meaningful reconciliation journey.
The Reflect RAP focuses on building strong foundations. Developed by a dedicated internal working group and supported by our Executive Leadership Team, it strengthens awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and rights, while fostering genuine relationships with communities and stakeholders.
This plan establishes clear actions and accountability, setting the framework for measurable progress and long term impact.
