Karyn drives the strategic direction of the Company’s Marketing and Communications strategy.
Responsible for the development of the NEXTDC brand, driving the Company’s customer acquisition, retention and communication strategies, Karyn ensures the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience to NEXTDC customers, partners and prospects.
Karyn brings with her more than 20 years of experience working in the ICT industry in Australia and the United Kingdom, with extensive networking, storage and software experience across a diverse background of enterprises including global technology organisations. Karyn is known for establishing trusted and well-renowned brands and has a passion for encouraging high-performance teams that are highly collaborative and results orientated.
Prior to joining NEXTDC, Karyn held a number of marketing, sales and channel development roles at Symantec Corporation where she was responsible for driving strategic brand, marketing and sales strategies for Symantec’s indirect sales channel. Prior to her time at Symantec, Karyn worked for Dimension Data global (Now NTT group) where she drove sales management strategies for global enterprise account and software product marketing strategies within the distribution arm (Express Data). Prior to working for the Dimension Data global group, Karyn held a number sales positions at Telstra.
Karyn is a professional member of the Australian Marketing Institute.
