Karyn drives the strategic direction of the Company’s Marketing and Communications strategy.
Responsible for the development of the NEXTDC brand, driving the Company’s customer acquisition, retention and communication strategies, Karyn ensures the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience to NEXTDC customers and partners.
Karyn brings 20 years of experience working in the ICT industry in Australia and the United Kingdom, with extensive networking, storage and software experience across a diverse background of enterprises including global corporate and technology organisations. Karyn is known for establishing trusted and well-renowned brands and has a passion for encouraging high-performance teams that are highly collaborative and results orientated.
Prior to joining NEXTDC, Karyn held various sales, channel development and marketing roles at Symantec Corporation where she was responsible for driving strategic brand, marketing and sales strategies for Symantec’s indirect sales channel. Prior to her time at Symantec, Karyn worked for Dimension Data global where she drove the sales strategy for global enterprise accounts as well as various sales positions at Telstra.
