As the Services Manager, you will support the Facility Manager with the day-to-day operations of P1, our UTI Tier III data centre in Malaga. By implementing and maintaining highly effective and efficient maintenance programs for all data centre systems (electrical, mechanical, fire, security etc.), you will ensure services are delivered in line with business needs and contractual obligations.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors at our Data Centre based in Macquarie Park, to ensure a world class experience for our valued customers. In this role you will greet visitors and ensure all entry and exit processing runs smoothly and in line with facility procedures, monitor NEXTDC's facility systems, provide accurate security incident reports and resolve 1st level customer requests. You will be required to work a 4 day on/off rotating shift roster, the day shifts are from 6am - 6pm and the night shift from 6pm - 6am.
We're looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Officer to maintain integrity and accuracy of financial information & high level of customer service.
You will provide prompt and friendly first line customer service for NEXTDC customers via telephone, email and ticketing system. You also provide first level resolution and troubleshooting, provide guidance and advice to customers on requests and incidents and escalate tickets internally when needed. In this role you will work NEXTDC facilities and service delivery teams around the country to deliver a seamless customer experience.
