The Customer Operations Manager is a critical role in our business, being the driving force of our Customer First value by managing and delivering a world class customer experience. As the Customer Operations Manager you will be on the ground managing the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service teams in both our Brisbane locations.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors at our Data Centre based in Macquarie Park, to ensure a world class experience for our valued customers. In this role you will greet visitors and ensure all entry and exit processing runs smoothly and in line with facility procedures, monitor NEXTDC's facility systems, provide accurate security incident reports and resolve 1st level customer requests. You will be required to work a 4 day on/off rotating shift roster, the day shifts are from 6am - 6pm and the night shift from 6pm - 6am.
In the role of State Facility Manager will be responsible for the operational management of our B1 and B2 Brisbane Data Centres.
As the Services Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of B1. By implementing and maintaining highly effective and efficient maintenance programs for all data centre systems (electrical, mechanical, fire, security etc.), you will ensure services are delivered in line with business needs and contractual obligations.
