Service IDs

The service ID has been split out from the item name for easier identification. In our new system, any existing service has been provided a new Service ID, which is in the Service ID column. You can also find the previous Service ID of an existing service in the Product Description. This is the Legacy SID that allows you to match back to invoices predating April 2018.
